Love Through the Ages

Youth sees love

As a pure white bird,

Flitting here and there

Alighting where it may,

Moved by each breath of wind.

Age sees love

As a stalwart anchor,

Sinking to the ocean’s depths,

Holding the ship fast,

Immovable by any force.

I love to write and self-published my first book of poetry last year, a book of Haiku this year, and a book of short stories later this year!
